Nutrascia Advanced Casein could be mixed in a shaker or a blender, add adequate water, skimmed milk or your favourite beverage. Adjust the taste of your Nutrascia Advanced Casein by varying the amount of liquid. For bolder flavour & sweeter taste add 4-6 oz of liquid, for a milder flavour & less sweet use 8-10 oz liquid. TIP: Mix Nutrascia Advanced Casein into oatmeal, yogurt, or the milk that you pour over your favourite snack before bedtime, better yet, increase the protein content of muffins, cookies, brownies, etc. by adding a scoop or two to your baked good recipes.
The recommended daily protein intake for normal person is 1 gram protein per kilogram of body weight. For athletes it’s 2 gram per kilogram of body weight.
