Whey Protein Isolate (WPI)

WPH is an advanced form of whey protein that been partially broken down exposing the protein to proteolytic enzymes, follow by purification procedures. WPH is especially beneficial post-training as it appears to enhance the effects of carbohydrate ingestion in regards to how rapidly muscle glycogen resynthesis occurs.
